We are shifted to a new flat. Ours is a seven floor apartment…me and mom shifted to this new flat one year ago. The initial 2 months we were living alone, my dad was away from us due to some family problems. Now hes with us. Due to the weak construction of the apartment, there are various camplaints in all the flats and still there are no ends to these complaints. The builder arranges for the repairation but again the same complaints are faced by the owner. All the owners are tired past 1 year, including us. The common complaints (which we too experience) are tripping of electricity, choking up of water taps etc.
Apart from these complaints, we (don’t kno about other flat owners) are experiencing some unusual incidents. The initial 2 months when me and my mom were staying alone, we used to get vigorous noises of hammering from the terrace. We stay on the 7th floor..below the terrace. We thought that some workers must be playing some prank to frighten us. Maybe its true. We made attempts to reach the terrace and find out whats up. But everytime the terrace used to be locked. We didn’t made attempts to reach the other wing and see whether the terrace is open cause if there was no one on the terrace doing this, it would have been impossible for us to stay here cause it would be true that there is some sort of spirit. We always thought positively about the hammering thing. Now we get the hammering sound in all the rooms from the ceiling. But the sound and frequency is less. But we were really shocked when me, my mom and dad got the sound of some one opening the lock with the keys of the main door. We have a safety door attached to the main door with the lock, so there is no possibility of a human being opening the main door. One more thing is the walls…we are having a sepage of the lower portion of the walls of the living room and bedroom which the officials of the building have promised us to work on it. But from the past few days…we are viewing tiny dents on the upper walls with scratches suddenly appearing. As for now our ears were the targets, now our eyes. The lock incident and the scratches have really made us frightened…now we are afraid of the hammering too, which we were not afraid of earlier cause we thought the workers are doing this to trouble us. We love our house very much and we dont wanna leave it…
Its a beautiful locality and we have decorated this house with all our hearts.

thats scary shit man, i dont no if its just in your heads but i no id freak out if that happened to me. talk to someone who knows this stuff…
You would get a better response if you posted this in the society and culture section. That’s where I usually read questions relating to possible paranormal activity. Good luck.
